Working Principle
The equipment mainly consists of eight systems,such as the head of the shaker ,the electric motor , the slope adjuster, Table surface,Ore feeding Chute, water feeding chute,riffle and the lubrication system.Use the difference in the proportion of minerals being sorted,shaking table head provides differential movement,Inclined water flow and different types of bed strips Make the Mineral particle swarm re loosely stratified on the bed surface.Selective transport, On the surface of the shaker, creates a fan-shaped distribution on the bed which leads to different rich and poor products.
