Jinhe Vibratory Screens are built with an integrated feed box and are able to withstand heavier loading and larger material in the feed end without worrying about bolts loosening or structural failure.
Vibrating screen is a traditional screening equipment,is designed specifically for material stone screening in quarry, but also used for coal preparation, mineral processing, building materials, electricity and chemical departments for production
classification. There are many types vibrating screen machinery, the most applicable in alluvial gold type is eccentric shaft type or vibrating motor type.
1) High Capacity: 100~500 tph
2) Easy Maintenance
3) Washing together with concentrators or sluices
4) Replaceable screen, Bar screen or high thickness punched screen
Placer mining is the technique by which gold that has accumulated in a placer deposit is extracted. Placer deposits are composed of relatively loose material that makes tunneling difficult, and so most means of extracting it involve the use of water or dredging.
Bucket Line Dredge is most effective to operate, they are indeed efficient at recovering gold.
Features Includes:
Dredge Bucket
Trommel/Vibrating Screen
Sluice Box/Concentrator
Water Pump
Generator
Capacity: 100~600 cubic meters/hour
Dredge depth: 6~30 meters
Strong punched screen plate, can undertake large stone. somewhere mines if have large stone, shaker deck screen is better than trommel. it can accept 500 mm stone feeding, also with pretty high feeding capacity .
Features Includes:
Hopper/Grizzly
Vibrating Screen
Sluice Box/Concentrator
Oversize Conveyor
Water Pump
Generator
Capacity: 30~200 tph
the main objective is to break any mud or clay that could hide the gold and prevent it from being caught in the sluice box. The hopper of the gold trommel usually has a metal grate that keeps the large rocks from entering into the machine. This device is known as a grizzly.
Features Includes:
Hopper/Grizzly
Trommel
Sluice Box/Concentrator
Water Pump
Generator
Capacity: 10~150 tph
Hard rock mining is usually done on a large scale, and although a few small-scale hard rock operations still exist, it's not an easy operation to start up and run profitably. The main problem for individuals or small groups interested in hard rock gold deposits is the high capital costs both for the mining equipment to dig and remove the rock as well as the equipment to crush and process hard rock ore in order to extract the gold from its solid rock enclosure. Because of this, many prospectors who look for hard rock gold seek instead to sell their finds to large companies that possess the resources to develop them.
Gravity Concentration methods are systems which use gold's high density to capture the precious metal. Gravity based equipment includes concentrators, spirals, sluices and tables. Gravity systems are often the lowest cost system, but only a certain part of the gold is usually coarse enough to be recovered with gravity systems. It is common that gold ore be processed by two methods - gravity is used to remove the coarser gold from an ore and afterward the ore is processed by cyanide to recover the fine particles of gold and silver. Gravity concentration methods are the ones most commonly used by the individual prospector.
Hard rock gold mining extracts gold encased in rock, rather than fragments in loose sediment, and produces most of the world's gold.
