1. Subsurface Sucker Rod Pump
1.1 Rod Pump: Also referred to as “ insert pump” as it is installed inside the tubing it is not necessary to run and pull the tubing out of the well when checking pump. It can enter the tubing with the sucker rod and set, which can greatly reduce the operation cost. According to the setting mode, it is divided into a cup setting and a mechanical setting, and is divided into top support and bottom support according to the support position.

1.2 Tubing Pump: The barrel is run into the well with tubing, and the plunger is run into the barrel with sucker rod. The bore of the tubing pump is generally larger, so the effect of oil extraction is good, and the output is large for high-yield wells.

1.3 Special Purpose Pumps
1.3.1 Sand Control Pump: Applicable to oil wells with large sand content, which can effectively reduce the wear of sand on the pump barrel, plunger and valve ball and seat, prolong the service life of the pump, and effectively improve the production of oil wells.
1.3.2 Gas Control Pump: It is suitable for oil wells of high gas radio. It can reduce the impact of gas on production, increase production and extend the service life of pump.
